Following each Grammy Awards show is usually a series of meetings in Los Angeles to follow up with some of the people that said “We have to talk next week, babe!” and Scott Mathews took as many of these meetings as he could stand. Productive meetings were also conducted back in the Bay Area regarding a new label geared towards allowing recording artists to actually be treated like artists (what a concept). Scott is trying to push that rock up the hill and we hope to provide details of its progress sometime later this year. March was meetings month – recharging the batteries for sessions to come.
